Delivery Process & Expectations

Delivery Scheduling & Appointment
For LTL freight and hotshot delivery, the carrier will call you 24 hours prior to schedule a delivery window. A recipient signature is required at time of delivery.

Inspecting Upon Arrival
Inspect your smoker before signing the carrier delivery receipt. If any transit scuffs or crate damage are observed, note them on the Bill of Lading (BOL) prior to signing.

Trailer Registration (MSO Included)
All highway-rated trailer models ship with a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) and VIN tag for simple titling and registration at your state DMV.

International Ocean Crating
We regularly crate and ship to Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, and the Gulf. We handle export paperwork and delivery to your nearest port of exit.
